I had been trying to get financed since March. Used 2 different lenders and was told no by both. One of them helped improve my credit but in the end it was a no unless I had 15,000 down. The second one got all the way to tell me I could close then come back and said "it's not going to work unless you have 22,000 down". My realtor suggested Addy. And let me tell you 100% she was the best! She said "yes I can do it" I had many doubts and was just going with whatever at this point. But we closed on our house yesterday. Best experience ever with Addy and her team!!! If you have ever doubting if you can get approved Addy is your girl to make sure you do just that!
